The new Grand Naniloa Hotel, a Hilo Legacy Redevelopment, on the Big Island of Hawaii is a 388 key project that consists of Willie K.’s concert venue, a new 3-meal restaurant, upgraded golf course, newly appointed guest rooms, and all new common areas, including the Hula Bar in the lobby.

As our Chairman, Z Bushor, founded Tower in order to develop legacy projects for the people. In celebrating 20 years of development in Hawaii, Mr. Bushor wanted to clarify the origination and mission of his works in Hawaii. “It became clear to me in 1998 that Hawaii was home. My heart is comfortable merely trying to be the best ‘Hawaii Developer’ in the State. The definition originated 2000 years ago, Hawaiian developer in my mind is one that ‘does nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility, valuing Hawaiians above himself, not looking to his own self interests, but to the interests of the Hawaiian people and community. See Philippians 2:3-4 NIV. In Hilo, we were recently given the opportunity by the State and DLNR to revitalize a community and return all that was already great. We are humbled by the opportunity and mahalos that have flowed to our team in our efforts. Mahalo back at you!” Aloha, Z Bushor, Chairman
