Edward "Z" Bushor

CEO, Chairman & Founder

Mr. Bushor founded Tower Development Inc. in 2011 as a 100% Hawaii-based real estate investment company. Mr. Bushor serves as the CEO and Chairman and is responsible for strategic investment decisions and leadership direction of Tower’s vertically integrated firm and its affiliate companies.

Prior to founding Tower and focusing 100% on the Hawaii market, Mr. Bushor acquired and renovated “value-add” real estate projects in both Hawaii and the mainland U.S. Since 1996, Mr. Bushor has owned and renovated numerous hotels in Hawaii (including 1st Edition Worldwide-Waikiki, Oahu, The Wyland- Waikiki-Oahu, and Grand Naniloa Resort Hilton DoubleTree on Big Island of Hawaii). He also owned and renovated numerous projects on the U.S. Mainland including apartment, industrial and office projects in excess of 2,000,000 SF, all of which were sold prior to the summer of 2008.

 

Mr. Bushor commenced his real estate experience by practicing real estate transaction law in San Diego for Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps. He is a graduate of the USC Business School and earned his JD at the University of San Diego.

 

Ed is a Hawaii resident and lives on the Island of Oahu. He serves as a real estate advisor pro bono to numerous religious organizations. He also is on the Committee for the Hawaii Prayer Breakfast and he and his wife, Jodi, are annual hosts for the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington D.C. Mr. Bushor has two children, Brittany 27 and Chase 25 and two grandchildren.
