Stuart Miller

President & Managing Partner

Miller has served as President of Tower Development, Inc. since 2017 and previously served as Vice President. Stuart has worked and partnered on real estate investments with Ed Bushor, Tower’s CEO, and Founder for over 26 years. As President, Mr. Miller directs the strategy for each development project in the State of Hawai’i, manages the firm’s investment strategy and oversees all acquisition, construction, and property management operations. Mr. Miller is the Co-Chair of the investment committee alongside Mr. Bushor, head of the Multi-Family platform and also co-chairs the, Residential development platform.

Prior to focusing 100% on the Hawai’i market, Mr. Miller acquired and renovated “value-add” real estate projects in both Hawaii and the U.S. Mainland. Mr. Miller has owned and renovated numerous hotels in Hawaii with 1,150+ keys (including the 1st Marriott Edition Worldwide-Waikiki, Oahu, The Wyland Waikiki-Oahu, and Grand Naniloa Resort Hilton DoubleTree on Big Island of Hawaii), over 1,400 development acres containing 3,600+ entitlements, 750+ affordable and workforce multifamily units, 200,000+ sq. ft. of office and commercial buildings, luxury residential subdivisions, and multiple F&B and entertainment venues. He also owned and renovated numerous projects on the U.S. Mainland including 1,000+ multifamily units, 250+ single family homes, 2,000,000+ sq. ft. of industrial and 300,000+ sq. ft. of office space. Mr. Miller has 26 years of real estate investing and development experience and has successfully completed transactions of $1.4B+ in project valuation.

 

Mr. Miller commenced his real estate experience by working for the family business in construction, property management and real estate investments. He is a graduate of the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University.

 

Mr. Miller is a Hawaii resident and splits his time between Honolulu and his farm located on the Hamakua Coast of the Island of Hawai’i with Ipo the cavapoo, Kaz a gypsy vanner horse, miniature donkeys, and sheep et.al.
