Tower purchased Marriott’s defunct oceanfront 690-unit master planned resort community on 450 acres, which has now been renamed Timbers Resort.

Wyland Waikiki - 405 Rooms

2006 Wyland Waikiki

In 2006, Ed Bushor, redeveloped the 405-room distressed Ohana Surf into the 1st boutique hotel, Wyland Waikiki, in the State of Hawaii, which began a market-wide transformation in Waikiki. Operated as a Marriott Courtyard today.

Edition Waikiki - 363 Rooms

2010 Developed 1st Edition Resort Worldwide (by Marriott). In 2010, Ed Bushor, CEO of Tower, developed the first “luxury chic” Edition Resort worldwide in Waikiki. Mr. Bushor retained Ian Schrager for design and signed Iron Chef Morimoto to a restaurant joint venture and upon opening, the Edition became the “top place to be” in all of Waikiki.

Grand Naniloa Resort & Golf Course 388 Rooms

2016 Grand Naniloa Resort & Golf Course, A Doubletree by Hilton: Tower acquired in Bankruptcy the non-branded 388-room hotel and rebranded the project into a DoubleTree by Hilton after spending $30M in improvements.
